Rules for every case

  • The CAD 600 deposit is not refunded, even if your visa is refused.
  • Refunds from the university are paid back the same way you paid: to the same card if you paid by credit card, or to the same account if you paid by international wire transfer.
  • If you receive a refund by international wire transfer, CAD 60 is deducted as a bank fee.
  • Refund requests to the university are made by email. We will guide you through the process.

The university’s rules take precedence for refund conditions and amounts. Actual amounts depend on what you have paid and how, so please feel free to ask us for exact figures.
