Information we collect

Through our contact form, email, LINE and Instagram, we receive your name, email address, the student’s grade and age, preferred courses and session, English background, and the content of your inquiry. If we go ahead with an application, we also receive the information it requires (such as passport details and English test scores).

How we use it

• Answering your questions and sending you information about the program
• Submitting applications to the University of Toronto application portal, and the checks needed to do so
• Guidance on travel preparation (eTA or visa, airport transfers, etc.)

Sharing with third parties

We provide information to the University of Toronto (International Programs, New College) to the extent needed for the application. Except where required by law, we do not provide it to any other third party without your consent.
